Expedited Shipping
Need your order faster? We offer Expedited Shipping via priority carriers, with delivery in approximately 4–8 business days to most locations.

Processing Time
Before shipping, all orders are verified, quality-checked, and packed. Processing usually takes 2–6 business days.
Processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to your estimated delivery window.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur, especially during high-demand seasons (October–December), sales events, or due to carrier issues.
If tracking shows no updates for more than 45 business days, please contact us and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 10 minutes of being placed, as we process them quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you entered incorrect shipping details, contact us immediately at info@aciswalking.com. Once the order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
We are not responsible for packages returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or unclaimed delivery. If this happens, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery at info@aciswalking.com with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped to the UK, customs or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
In rare cases, customs inspections may delay delivery.
