1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under our Money Back Guarantee.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and in the same condition as received.

  • Orders in transit cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Common Return Reasons & Solutions

Manufacturing Defects or Quality Issues
We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Wrong or Missing Item
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, we will cover return shipping or send a replacement free of charge.

Damaged Upon Arrival
We will replace the item at no cost.

Late Delivery Compensation
If your order arrives more than 20 days later than promised, you may be eligible for a $7 refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Contact us immediately if you spot an error.

Doesn’t Fit / Wrong Size or Color
You may return or exchange the item; however, return shipping is your responsibility.

Changed Mind
You may return or exchange the item; return shipping is your responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Acis Walking is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If shipping insurance was purchased, we will send a replacement free of charge.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us — Email info@aciswalking.com or use our return portal within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval — Our team will confirm your return and provide the correct return address. Returns must be shipped within 10 days of approval.

  3. Prepare & Ship — Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.

  4. Refund — Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s), to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, worn, or not in original condition.

  • Original shipping fees (non-refundable).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Email clear photos showing the defect and product label to info@aciswalking.com within 5 days of delivery.

  • First occurrence: replacement sent free of charge.

  • Second occurrence: full refund issued.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after 60 minutes of placement, as processing starts immediately.

7. Correct Return Address

Items must be returned to the exact address provided in your return approval. Refunds cannot be processed for items sent to an incorrect address.
